EcoDrain was founded in 2021 by Tim Baxter, a Licensed Plumber with over a decade of experience in Facilities Management. After years of working with unreliable contractors who lacked transparency and accountability, Tim saw a clear need for something better—an end-to-end commercial plumbing service that businesses could truly rely on.

Backed by his partner Jo, a practising Accountant with a strong business background, the vision for EcoDrain was simple:

With hands-on experience in managing complex projects, compliance, asset management, and customer service, Tim built EcoDrain around the real needs of clients. Our approach is grounded in clear communication, robust systems, and a commitment to delivering quality work, every time.
